R E T U R N S

If you wish to return your item for a full refund, you must do so within 21 days of the purchasing date. The item must be in like-new condition, and proof that you purchased the item (order number or receipt) will be required.

*Any situations that do not meet the previously mentioned criteria will be eligible ONLY for an exchange.*

We gladly except exchanges for size and/or a different product of equal value. Simply mail your item back within 8 weeks and we will ship the new size or item, on us.


*  If it has been longer than 8 weeks since your purchase date, we can not perform an exchange  *

We are a small business, and therefore must stick strongly to our return policy.

RETURN  & EXCHANGE PROCESS


If you are sending a RETURN: Please include a packing slip and a note describing that you'd like a full refund.
Once we receive the item, we will refund your account if it meets our return-policy requirements.

If you are sending an EXCHANGE: Please include a copy of the packing slip with a note describing what you would like to exchange the item for. 
Once we receive the item, your exchange will be mailed as soon as possible.

S H I P P I N G  I N F O

We do our very best to get your order in the mail as soon as we possibly can (most orders go out within 1-3 business days).

A lot of our items are screen printed or hand made in house by us.
Due to us being a small business it may take up to 5 business days to fulfill your order.  
Please add 1-2 additional business days to our wood products (picture frames, wall hangings, ornaments and key-chains), as most of those items are made-to-order and require many steps.

If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to make that happen.

Please keep in mind that we ARE a small business, and we cannot be held responsible for anything that happens to packages (loss or damage) outside of our facility. However, we will do whatever we can to help!

We will always communicate shipping cut-off times during the holiday season.
