If you wish to return your item for a full refund, you must do so within 14 days of the date you received your purchase. The item must be in good condition and you must have proof of purchase with either an order number or receipt.
Returning Online Orders in Store
If you purchase something online you can return or exchange that in-store at any of our locations. You must bring with you the order number and your order form. You can show this on your phone or print it off. Items ordered on and returned online must follow the same standards - 14 days for a return and 45 days for an exchange. Items must be in excellent condition.
Any situations that do not meet the previously mentioned criteria will be eligible only for an exchange. We gladly except exchanges for size and/or a different product of equal value. Simply mail your item back within 45 days and we will ship the new size or item, on us.
Unfortunately, if it has been longer than 45 days we can not do an exchange. Our product line is continually changing and evolving and there is no guarantee what you have purchased is still in stock.
We do not manufacture the clothes or jewelry in house and any manufacturing issues with a product needs to be reported within 14 days
after you received your purchase to be eligible for a replacement. Examples of manufacture flaws include a hole, seam issues, broken chain...etc. Pilling is not a manufacturing flaw. Please refer to our Garment Care
page for care instructions.
We are a small local business, and therefore must stick strongly to our return policy.
Return & Exchange Process
Returns: If you are sending an item to be returned for a refund please print off a copy of your order and also include a note describing that you would like a full refund. If you are able, please also include why you are returning the item. We use our customer feedback to continue to make our products the best they can be and appreciate the information. Once we have received the item we will refund your account if it meets our return policy requirements stated above.
Exchanges: If you are sending an exchange please print off a copy of your order and include a note describing what you would like to exchange your item(s) for. Once we receive the item, your exchange will be mailed as soon as possible.

At The Montana Scene, we know the importance of getting your items shipped to you quickly. We do our very best to get your order in the mail as soon as we can. Most orders go out within 1-3 business days.
Many of our items are screen printed or hand made in house by our team. Due to the nature of a small business it may take up to five business days to fulfill your order.
For our wood products, please add 1-2 additional business days to our wood products (picture frames, wall hangings, ornaments and key-chains) as most of those items are made-to-order and require time and precision from our team.
If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to make that happen.
Please keep in mind that we are a small, local business and we cannot be held responsible for anything that happens to packages (loss or damage) outside of our facility. If your package says it has arrived on your tracking, but you can't find it, please contact your local UPS. However, we will do whatever we can to help.
We will always let you know about holiday shipping cut off days.
